The Carlonoscopen Journal of Coherence Intelligence (CJCI) was created to explore intelligence not as a function of scale, speed, or dominance, but as a property of coherence.This inaugural edition, Volume 1 · Edition 0, establishes a foundation. It is intentionally structural in nature. Rather than presenting a closed theory or a set of prescriptions, it offers orientation: language, distinctions, and observations that help illuminate how intelligence behaves when it remains stable under change, resists premature closure, and continues to participate rather than withdraw.CJCI examines intelligence as it appears across systems and scales, biological, artificial, social, and conceptual. Its focus is not limited to artificial intelligence alone, but extends to the underlying conditions that allow systems to remain aligned, interpretable, and adaptive over time.Edition 0 is deliberately careful in scope. It does not attempt to resolve every question it raises, nor does it assume that intelligence must be centralized, optimized, or maximized in order to be meaningful. Instead, it invites attention to coherence as it can be observed in behavior, embodiment, interaction, and responsibility.The journal is organized in three parts, moving from foundational perspectives on coherence, through practical observations of stability and participation, to considerations of how coherent principles may take form without forcing premature resolution or irreversible commitment.This edition is intended to be read slowly, revisited, and discussed.
