Made from 100% interlock knit construction mid-weight (7.25 Oz/ 245 GSM) combed cotton yarn, our turtleneck has been completely redesigned to resist any fading, pilling or shrinkage. The turtlenecks feature double hammed reinforced seems, rib knit collars and cuffs. A pinch of spandex is added to the collars for stretch and shape retention. Combed cotton makes our fabrics softer and stronger than regular cotton fabrics. There are no impurities or short protruding threads, and the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage. We pre-wash each fabric before cutting, resulting in the reduction of shrinkage to less than 1%. Pre-washing improves the overall structure of the fabrics, increases fabric bonding and gets rid of any harmful substances or chemicals that might be present during the yarn coloring process.
